My teacher wants to have a project to last us a school week. The requirements are:
a) has to be math related
b) 6th grade level
c) Must be FUN!

I would recommend doing the following... measure the heights and weights of every classmate of yours and show the average. Also show the distribution of heights and weights for boys and girls. This could be fun, try to make a short presentation too at the end of the week to the class telling them what you learnt from the data you gathered. Hope this helps...
