I commented on a lady's obviously pantyhosed legs recently..she smiled and said thank you. Really, as long as you keep your compliment simple and not invasive or blunt..why would a woman, who cared enough to PUT ON the hose in the first place, and go to the grocery store or wherever WEARING them, be offended that you noticed? Actually, this woman seemed quite appreciative that I DID notice..I felt that if I were so inclined, I certainly could have gotten to know her. I just have a thing for women in hose.

are you a perv? just leave it w/ "nice legs" Even if she acts all pissy she will be flattered. I had a guy tell me that i had nice toes once. It made me smile. Asking about the stockings is just too much and she might think you are Tranny

If someone told me "nice legs," I'd smile and say thank you. If someone asked me if I was wearing pantyhose or stockings, I'd tell them to get a life.

You could just compliment her on her nice legs and leave it at that. Anything more is just a little to creepy and stalker like. If you just do that, then it is a nice compliment.
