They don't fade. You can make them look better by toning up and putting cream on the, but unfortunatley they don't fade.

I've tried everything metioned and you can't. Time will fade them but they will always be noticable.

cocoa butter can help but it mainly is best at preventing them. make sure it's 100 percent
