Make a cool gift basket! I just made some gift baskets myself with a bunch of really cool little things from this site called http://www.HomeGrownMarket.com - there is a listing for gifts under $5, gifts under $10...and so on. Check out the cute stuffed animals, better bottom balm (stuff is GREAT!) And it's all handcrafted in the USA so I feel good about supporting other small businesses and women in our country!! Hope I've helped!

Lately we've been having a diaper raffle where everyone who brings a bag of diapers gets a raffle ticket to win movie tickets and a restaurant gift certificate. You could also have everyone pool together to get her prenatal spa treatments. A prenatal massage is a great gift for any expectant mother, especially if she has another child.

Diapers, wipes, dreft
These are all good gifts for any mom! Or a special blanket for this new baby is good too.
You could also give her a gift like a charm braclet or something. They have "mommy" ones that are really nice. Or a sweatshirt with her childrens names on them.

You could get the mom herself some nice beauty products like soaps, shampoos, creams etc for her to pamper herself while pregnant or post baby as opposed to baby stuff.
Those big economy sized boxes of wipes would be a good gift cause for sure they'll be used, and you'll save the mom money.
Baby soaps and creams are good too cause they'll get used up too.
Gift certificates to salons specializing in treatments for pregnant women.

Daipers and wipes are always needed. But how about some presents for the Mom? A foot spa she can use when nursing, some really nice hand lotion, etc. It's not all about the baby sometimes!

Well I just have a fun game you can play (if mom is games for it.) It's call the "feel me up game." you put the mom-to-be in an old t and cover it with safety pins. Then each guest gets blind folded and takes a turn "filling mom up" and removing the pins. Whoever gets the most pins wins. And no one got stuck with the pins by the way!

Diapers and Wipes are always good
Onesies
Socks
Those are two items of clothing you can never have enough of with a baby and the socks are easily lost!
Books, then both of her children can look at them

I always like to get matching or coordinating outfits for the new siblings. Something fun for pictures and a lot of people never think about getting anything for the older child. Have fun!
