A lot of baby's do this. He probably got some gas. If you are formula feeding, talk to the doctor and switch his formula. Try using the Hylands Colic tablets. The one way I know my son has gas is to push his legs up by his head. If he stops crying then I know its gas. Let your baby sleep in a bouncy seat, infant carrier or swing and see if this helps. Good luck to you! The last post before mine is also a great idea. I usually turn the T.V off and play some soft classical music. It really seems to help a lot for me and my son.

My baby would cry every single day starting at 7pm and cry for hours. We finally figured out that she was being over stimulated. Around 6 we would make sure the TV and other background noise was off and keep the room dark and let him rest for a while. It fixed the problem.

Hope this helps.

Im not sure but I know that the same thing happened to me when I was a baby and the Dr. told my mother it was probably just colic. She thought it was something else and she switched my formula to soy formula and it worked. Turns out I was sensitive to regular formula and it was making me constantly cry. Try switching him to soy formula and do whatever might think it could be. And remember, doctors dont know everything. Hope this was informative.

try reading The Happiest bAby on the Block. I have heard a lot of good things about this book from friends and family and I saw the author on Oprah.
He teaches the 5 S's
swaddle/shush/swing/sorry, forgot the other two.
google it and buy the book. You are not alone. most babies are fussy in the evenings between 5-8 pm.

and if he still cries, you could try wearing earplugs or put him in his carseat and set him in the bathroom with the fan on and shut the door for ten minutes (just so you can get a little break), try going for a drive to get him to sleep.

good luck!

Same time every night is probably colic
Try swaddling and rocking him.
My son had colic for a few months, he liked to be wrapped really tight and bounced up and down in my arms.
You can also try alcohol free Gripe Water.

Hi, I just wanted to show you the Amby Bed

We used it for our baby and she has been sleeping through the night since 6 weeks! Of course, we would wake her up and feed her, but, she loved it! Look into it!

My daughter did the same thing! It will pass, but not before really stressing your nerves! I found it helped just to walk around with her singing the same lullaby over & over....until she fell asleep
Good Luck!

It also may just be a phase that he is going through. My girls done the same thing around that age. Just consider it his fussy time and it will pass soon enough. PROMISE.
