me and all my friends found GREAT dresses at JCPenny's. i asked a similar question and i got: DEB, Gordman's, Macy's, Sears, and Dillards.

I got mine at hot topic it was black and in the discription said something about a pin up girl lol. I wore black leather mary janes from hot topic with it. but it all depends on your style like if you are a prep then you would probably go to AE or A&F or WetSeal, one of those places.
