Well, I think you already know the answer to this...stop calling him baby and stuff. If he is the one who broke it off then he's probably realized that he screwed up and wants you back. If you are the one who broke it off, you did it for a reason. By you being too sweet to him it is definitely giving him the wrong idea....Not good.

What? If you "don't want him to get the wrong idea", then why the h#ll are you even TALKING to him? You like two other guys, and yet you are leading this other guy on, calling him baby and making him think you like him? I'll tell you what to do, not that you'll listen. Quit messing around with guys for a while and get a friggin' education.

I think you need to back off yourself. Dont give him the ideal there might be something there with calling him sweet names. You seem to have many irons in the fire.

You need to start treating him like you are just friends; for instance, you need to stop calling him pet-names like "baby" and "sweetie". Also, start talking about your romantic life; ask him what he thinks about this new guy that you like. He'll start to realize that you've moved on and he'll probably follow suit.

Be honest with him and yourself. The derision you have to make will be easy
