A cute outfit...what is his mom & dad's favorite sports team? Maybe get him a little outfit with that team logo.
Something personalized with his name and date of birth would be nice too, like a blanket or something.

GIVE THE PARENTS A GIFT would be the best cause a 3 month old baby wont know a thing and ofcourse the parents will appreciate the gift alot better that the child

A cute little outfit (size 6-9 months), rattles and such are nice too. You can even get one of those baby gift baskets. It has a little bit of everything in it!

a gift card at Neiman Marcus? Guess not. How about stacks of diapers, I bet his mom will be extremely pleased. Never enough of them around and they are costly

For what? He can't understand about presents for at least another year. Anything will do, rattle, mittens, cuddly toy, one of those cutie hats that their mums always make them wear....

u should give a blanket or some clothes for th e baby. BUTa blanket is a perfect choice!!!

she might just need a little help around the house, something like that would be free for you but very much appreciated by the parent.
