I would be reluctant to try any sort of chemical, for fear it would damage the coral (it's really sensitive stuff). I would try buffing it with a soft cloth, or nylon. If you still want it shinier, you can try some of the sprays, but make sure you test it on a piece you're not using first.

Go to a craft store like Michaels and get Polyurethane Spray, me and my mom use it for ceramic decorations we make for Christmas, it adds shine, It's in what looks like a spray paint can, and there are others too.....

You can buy a clear laquer spray from the hobby/crafts store. This will also help prevent breakage.
