Want to know , why PA driver when out of their state ,will only drive on center line and 5 or 10 miles under speed limit , backing traffic up and may cause an accident .thanks

I dont meant 1 or 2 ,almost 90 % of Pa driver are like that.am an over the road truck driver leave in nj and i ve been all over this beautiful country a few times .

I suspect that you saw several cars with PA tags driving the way you describe. Most PA drivers are not like that. It's easy to spot an out of state vehicle and sometimes these people are lost, confused or mistaken. Give them plenty of room. You may be an out of state driver one day your self. Have you tried Boston, the QEW in Canada or the LA Freeways? You could also be lost, confused or mistaken in those areas.

I beg to differ. Everytime my boyfriend and I go out of state, we get a speeding ticket. Got one last week driving to Syracuse, NY.
