Sorry I guess I need to be more clear, I am not looking for work at home business, I already found mine. I just wanted to know the fees and pay rate for comparison. All though the company I work for doesn't really compare, I get a lot of people thinking it's Amway or Quixtar or what ever A.K.A name. I heard Amway had start up fees and I would like to know what was the minimum purchase amount each month? Is that correct only 4%? Anyone out there this company worked for for awhile?

Several years ago, the startup costs were just over $100.00. As far as the pay, it was a percentage on business volume. The more business volume, the more the percentage. I remember that the first payout was 100 BV and it was 4% or $4.00. However, it took anywhere from $150-$200 to get 100 BV.
The way network marketing is changing, here are some criteria that you should use to weigh opportunities against each other. This is the criteria that my company uses.
1. NO Fees to Participate - Why should you pay a distributor fee to sell for any company? Never pay a distributor fee to join a company ever again!
2. Powerful Products - UNIQUE cutting edge exclusive products that work fast! Everything designed in-house by world renowned scientists and doctors!
3. Results Sell - Day one you'll feel it, day two you'll love it and day three you'll be telling your friends.
4. Manufacturer Direct - Unlike 99% of most so-called "opportunities" who have their products made by someone else and pass high costs on to distributors, this company is the manufacturer direct, and there are no middle sales or multi-level companies.
5. Solid Company - A 12 year old manufacturer that has the capability of shipping over $10 million dollars worth of product a day.
6. Free Samples to Dealers - They will continually be giving out Free Samples for Dealers to Hand Out. Most companies simply can't afford to do this, but they make the products and understand the importance of getting people to try the product.
7. Low Cost - A two months supply for as little as $59. No more trying to sell your friends on buying $200 or $300 of product that they don't need.
8. Pays Out Checks Daily - They understand the importance of getting dealers money quick.
I know Amway meets a lot of those criteria, but obviously, there are some that they don't. You should be able to go to www.quixtar.com and get the info. Quixtar is the online version of Amway.
If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.

Hello,
Amway/Quixtar is very flexible and the startup costs depend on how quickly you want to grow and how much time you can put in. It's possible to get started for as little as $34, however most successful IBOs would recommend you need a few things to help, and an active IBO would typically have expenses of a couple of hundred dollars a month.
There is no limit to the income that can be earned - again, it depends on effort. I know people earning very very little and I know others earning 8 figure incomes. What "percentage" you earn depends on your actual business structure and focus. The first income is pure retail markup - that percentage is up to you, but the recommended amount is around 30-35%. There is then additional volume bonuses of up to 25% and further leadership bonuses totalling 6-7% as well as free trips etc etc. You can see average incomes for various levels at http://www.thisbiznow.com

I don't have an Amway business. This is largely due to the fact that most of their growth is oversees and that the stigma of "Amway" turns off so many people. Not to mention "shopping" is a social and cultural phenomenon so the idea of never going to the store for anything is short sighted.
I recommend looking at the following if you are seeking a growth opportunity.

Wait... "the Net and Network Marketing"?? Catch-22??
Those two should go together, hand-in-glove. And yet, Network Marketers have struggled to realize the near-infinite networking, lead-generating potential of the Web.
How can that be?
Network Marketing (sometimes called "Multi-Level Marketing" or "MLM") is all about...
* recruiting/lead generation/relationship-building
* sales conversion
* ongoing consumption
* replicating yourself through downline motivation and training.
How in the world could the Internet not be the best thing since sliced bread for Network Marketers? Because it's being done, all wrong, by all the wrong people.
There's no need to push (i.e., chase cold calls/prospects) when you can motivate potential customers and business-builders to pull (i.e., they want to call you to learn more).
Here's how to Put The Net Back Into NETwork Marketing http://networkmarketing.sitesell.com/wotsnext.html
