It's really Djibouti and is at the entrance of the straits leading into the Red Sea. On the opposite side is Yemen.
A very strategic place wouldn't you agree, a bit like Gibralta is to the Mediterranean

its not IN kenya, its a country all its own, starts with a D and its in africa. the capital is also the same name. and its hilarious becase it sounds like ya booty. cracks me up everytime...
