Of Course you should dress properly and make sure you know a thing or two about the company and its history. It impresses the hell out of them. Also prepare yourself to be given the oppourtunity to ask questions to the employer. One good questions is, "At the end of the day while working at (blank), what would you say is the common attitude of your employees who have just spent an entire day working at (blank) when they go home?"

You are also poor in typing and/or grammar. Try going to monster.com, they have tons of articles with interview advice, some specific for certain jobs.

Special Education refers to children in school who have special learning needs.
If you are a student, please talk to your school counselor, they can set up a practice interview with you and give you specific advice.
