My car was broken into and my ipod was stolen i live in the caribbean and i'm sure the person that stole it doesn't no how to use it but i never leave home with out it so not having it is hard i really dont want someone else to use it!! help please!!!

i dont think there is anyway to make it so they cant use it

i dont want to sound like a ***** and i probably will but you shouldnt have left it in the car

From what I hear, Apple does know the serial number(s) of iPods attached to an iTunes install.

So, therortically, Apple can "track" iPods.

But I don't believe they are currently using this feature to "disable" stolen iPods.

Too bad.

There's no built-in tracking device built it, although that would be cool.
