you can get pregnant when your are ovulating: that is, when the ovary releases an egg. In some women, one side of their uterus may ache before their period or their breasts may become tender. If you monitor your cycle, you may be able to average when you are ovulating and therefore, you'll know when....Check with your doctor if you are planning anything. Good luck!

You have to be an ovulating female, past menarche and not passed menopause.
If you are in that category, then usually about the middle of your periods is the time you ovulate. There is about a 4-5 day window there where you can get pregnant.

Are you serious???
Any time you have sex without protection!!!
While a "typical" cycle means that you probably will ovulate on or around the 14th day after your first bleed day, this is not set in stone. A woman can ovulate at ANY time in her cycle - even while she's bleeding.
If you don't want to be pregnant, use protection!! And if you ARE trying to get pregnant, please do it responsibly (i.e., have a job, place to live, stable relationship, health insurance, etc, etc, etc!!).
