That depends on how long your menstrual cycle is - the period between menstruation varies enormously (e.g. 20 days... six months - yep... 6 months!!!).

To answer your question another way - basically any time when you are NOT menstruating then there is a chance of getting pregnant although the most likely time is a few days to a week or two AFTER your last period.

If you're using your menstrual cycle to decide when to have unprotected sex and yet not get pregnant (the so-called rhythm method) just remember the old joke:--

Q. what do you call couples who use the rhythm method?
A. PARENTS

From what I've heard and learned many times, the four week cycle a woman goes through varies throught time. Several days before, during and after her ovulation, a woman is least likely to get pregnant due to I believe the hormone imbalences (which explains those oh so great few days she has where you don't want to piss her off lol) or something along those lines. But after 2 weeks or so after her period is usually when she's more fertile and best time to try to concept a child. But I believe every woman is different so this may be vary from woman to woman. Grant it, I'm no docter, nor do I have a degree in anything, but if you take those pills or I think there's even shots to help stop the bleeding during ovulation, this might make a difference. My suggestion is to see a docter in person about this.

You can get pregnant at any time during your monthly cycle, but it is more likely during ovulation, around 14 days after the first day of your period. Use another form of contraception - the rythym method just doesn't work.

No, you may never get pregnant until eventually you employ beginning administration, like surprisingly counseled IUDs that have few part outcomes and don't require you determine to take a pill daily and condoms. Jesus does not enable it on his watch.

it's possible to get pregnant any time of the month but you're most likely to get pregnant 2 weeks before (or after.. however you look at it) your period.

technically any, but the best time is about a week or 2 beforehand. you'll notice when youre ovulating because you'll get a bit more discharge than normal.

it's different for everyone and varies month to month. the only way to even come close to knowing is to track your temprature and cervical fluid to determine when you ovulate, but it will be different every month.
