THEY STILL HAVE SEVERAL SEWING / QUILTING SHOW ON CHANNEL 8, S/B CLOSE TO HOUSTON... OR MAYBE NOT. CHECK THE YMCA, & LOCAL WOMENS GROUPS, MAYBE EVEN THE HIGHSCHOOL!

U can try going to the fabric store. Most employees there are sewers themselves and can either tell u of someone r suggest where n your city to look. Somebody might even give u sewing class themselves. U can also try and c if u have a Singer sewing place r an embroidery place...most of the time they give 1 on 1 lessons r can suggest u to someone.
