And I'm sure that rather than post this hear you have called the place you sent the phone too right? Because technically, they should be the ones being contacted about this problem.

did you keep your shipping invoice or any documentation about who, when and where you sent the phone too? (I know you put the address, but do you have a contact phone number you can call them and get more information from?)

If you sent them a check or money order to have your phone repaired you need to be calling them, asking them what thier problem is.. Either fix it or replace it..It does not take 4 months to repair a phone. If no money was involved just go get you a new phone.

The address you gave is the same as Motorola Inc in Plantation Florida. Contact Motorola customer service & see where that gets you.

I hope you kept record of it! Motorola has had a lot of trouble with repairs lately. But it has only been taking about a month for us ( I work for Nextel). I would contact Motorola directly - or you can find the status of it on line.
