lie lie lie when your done with that lie. make up a company put your buddies phone number and say you were hr for x amount of years. then tell them that you took a hr class at your local community collage. trust me those people will never know the truth. dude thats how i got my job. i get paid 70,000 to be a los prevention officer and ive never heard of it before. it works do it

No one gets hired without experience, so you have to work your way to the top. Research the HR field to find what qualfications are there to get the job. Then work at some job to get qualifications to get transferable skills. Good Luck.

Perhaps start with an entry position such as clerk, receptionist, administrator, or assistant. In addition; I would suggest going to an agency, they tend to have open positions. Lastly try doing more research as to what experience, education, and years of experience are needed. Larger organization are somewhat more of a challenge. Attempt a fresh start with a smaller company.

well, you can go to school and get a degree. Or you can volunteer in your community in some fashion that puts you in charge of a group...the thing is that each company has different levels of postions in HR...you could start as a clerk or some lower postion and work you way up
