Most Americans are circumcised. White and black alike.
A foreskin is a pretty obvious thing, it covers the head of the penis and is retractable.
Unless your boyfriend came from a European or African country where circumcision is not routinely performed, chances are he doesn't have a foreskin (unless his parents elected not to circumcise him)
You can just ask you know.

Sometimes boys are born without or with very little foreskin. Even if he circumcised it's not the most important (in Africa lots of boys/girls are circumcised. Hygienic aspect). The personality is more important

Hey there,
Premature ejaculation can be cured with natural methods. One really good one you can follow is http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565

When a man is suffering from premature ejaculation, he is often climaxing before his partner and in the case of most men it is difficult if not impossible for them to continue intercourse after ejaculating. That’s because chemicals are released when a man ejaculates and these are the same chemicals that make a person feel sleepy and/or not aroused. It’s not that they have suddenly lost interest; just their brain is telling them that the sex is over. This effect is more prominent after intercourse than after masturbation because intercourse actually causes four times more of these chemicals to be released. If premature ejaculation occurs frequently, it can lead to embarrassment for the man and sexual frustration for both partners.
Cheers ;)

If he has no foreskin I would assume he has been cirumcised. I am sure it works just as good as one that is not circumcised. I would ask him I am sure he wont mind.

I am sure that if you ask him
he will be able to bring along a few friends for you to compare
bet he knows a few guys from the gym
and he'll probably have had experience of at least looking at theirs

The best solution is to gain control over it. As someone already said, stop when you're getting there and relax. Pay more attention to pleasuring your mate--orally, perhaps--and avoid rubbing your penis up against anything while doing so. It will take work on your part and patience on both parts. Learn here http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?r1fL

As a last resort, some antidepressants curb sexual functioning with the intention of learning the pleasure of restraint after which you could taper off them. Here's your goal: the longer you can delay your orgasm, the more intense it will be. So it isn't just a matter of satisfying your mate. This is the main reason some claim stoned sex is better, unlike drunk sex which can leave you unable to perform (brewer's droop). You enjoy exploring each other longer. And remember, oral isn't just one place. It's all over, paying particular attention to kissing, and TALK about what each of you like. Strange how people don't talk about sex when they're the ones doing it.

If he doesn't have the foreskin, he is circumcised. Why don't you ask him? If you have enough trust to see his penis, then you should be able to ask him.

your boyfriend may have been circumcised. have you ever asked him if it concernes you that much. and its not a bad thing as it decreases the chnace of transmitting a sexual disease and also it makes a man able to last longer in bed (actaul fact not myth).
