To be active and completely awake throughout the day requires more than just vitamins.
You need to create a routine that helps your body adjust to your lifestyle. For example, always get the same amount of hours of sleep everyday. whether it be eight or four hours, just establish a pattern which your body knows to adjust to. Be active. Walk everyday, you don't necessarily need a entire exercise regime. Cut down on sugar. I know that with me once I stopped drinking pop I gained alot of energy. Cut down on fast foods too. That helped me as well.
I believe that you can eat anything in moderation as long as you don't overindulge. By doing this (a healthy diet, vitamins,a consistent sleep pattern and exercise) you'll notice your body slowly but surely adjusting to a more happy and healthy life!

Depression can make you tired. How is your mental health? I've suffered some bouts of depression in my life and the chief ailment is being tired and worn out all throughout the day despite eating right, exercise and getting sufficient sleep. If nothing is exciting to you anymore and everything in your life seems mundane it's easy to feel tired and lifeless. If there are no physical manifestations that would explain your tiredness (i.e. anemia, illness), then I would make an appointment to speak to a psychiatrist to get something to help with elevating my mood.

Try vitamin B12 sub lingual the highest mcg you can find (I take 2500mcg's). I also feel tried all the time this has helped me when I take it faithfully. I would also recommend if you have insurance to go to your family practitioner and have a series of blood work and see what comes up. Or try the free clinic.

Check with your physician. you could be anemic which basically means low blood iron. Also taking vitamins does not replace a healthy diet and regular sleep.

my own doctor told me this one.
"diet for good health, exercise to feel good."
one without the other defeats the purpose. fatigue has many causes, and its a symptom, hey, you have a *red flag* going up. This means go to your doctor. Normally, each and every day after a good nights sleep you should wake up ready to conquer the world. p.s. pills do not repalace a healthy lifestyle.
