For the sales agreement drafted by lawyer, usually there are some terms for remedies against breaching or no proceeding. Unless, both parties agree to cancel the agreement.

I think even you cancel the agreement you are restricted not to sell yr hse for the period of 3 months as stated in the contract.

Either you just go along to pass the 3 month period & don't agree on any offers made, then theer will be no deal concluded. After 3 months, the contract is over automatically.

Only if it was specified in the pre-agreement that you could cancel and your second party agreed to this by signing the pre-agreement as well. If you decide to cancel I suggest you check with your lawyer first!

chances are you can cancelled..but u need to compensate the loss of deal to the party..

high chance usually people no choice but to carry on with the agreement..

allow a agent to sell flat on the behalf and sign agreement..usually its binding
