I know that in Washington State they have free thrift shops for people on a very low income. I'm sure they have them in Oregon also. Call your local public assistance program or WIC program. They might be able to help you find the thrift stores.

that depends on your age and status. contact plan parenthood first. also are you local in Portland? then contact " outside in", and passable " greenhouse kids" these are GOOD local charities in downtown Portland. i know there was one other one that helped me alot - cant remember the name but these charities can at least direct u to more services. They all saved my life and helped me greatly back in the day when i was 16 n had my daughter (13years ago) but they are still around, I'm sure. good luck

You can always try craigslist, Kaboo or free stuff.com These are just some sites that we use in California but they are nationwide..
