I need a project nothing tooo complex but yet considered a 10th grade plz and thank you so much!

You can build a simple electric motor pretty easy. Just wind bare copper wire around a cylinder (a cork will work nice). Suspend the cylinder horizontally on an axle. Make two contacts out of pieces of bare copper wire. One on each side of the cylinder, take a battery (9, 6, or 12 volt) and connect the positive to one contact and the negative to the other. Done, a simple electric motor.

No idea what 10th grade is - but:

Investigate why you can have two (sealed) cylinders that you can't tell apart. They are identical in appearance, dimensions and mass.

Yet when you role them both down the same slope, one roles faster than the other.

Determine what is different about them and what physics makes this happen.
