It really depends on what is impeding fertility. If it is a lack of estrogen (which helps the body to regulate its cycle and ovulate normally) then you might need a chemical boost from fertility drugs. If it is a blocked fallopian tube, then surgery might be the answer. Either of these will NOT be helped with vitamins.

You need to go to a specialist and find out WHY you can't get pregnant; not everything can be helped holistically -- much to holistic practitioners' dismay.

Make an appointment with your gynecologist as soon as you're able and get a referral to a fertility clinic.
