after graduating High School, i came out to a few of my friends and decided to not tell my other friends. Since we all know eachother, One person told another person, who told another and now everyone knows
but now, i found out recently that they have been doing things without me and just pretty much dont want anything to do with me anymore becasue im gay
at the end of the day, all i can say is Ouch
oh well, i rather have no friends then have fake ones.
i can rock by myself

I have alot of fake friends. my one best friend I've known pretty much all of my life, I found out everything I confide in her about she tells all of her friends, and family. All these years, I really thought she was a friend. I guess I was wrong, then my other best friend, she is really awesome, but when something goes down she will do anything in her power to get away with what she did, including get me introuble. So I have had my share of fake friends. I understand in away where you are coming from. I'm sorry your friends are being that way. maybe you should talk to them, maybe they are having a hard time coming to terms on how to deal with it. My sister has alot of gay friends, and they are awesome! Hey I don't know you but I'll be your friend! good luck!

My best friend of 14 years went on every interview I listed him as a referenence, I am talking 100k a year plus jobs!!! I would always be a finalist and next thing I knew I wasn't picked.... When asking the last one why I wasn't chosen off the record they told me he had called to arange an interview and that he was better at what I did!!! "oh and he owes me money" LOL

yes and don't worry sweetie, this would have happened no matter what your sexuality is. there are temporary friends that come and go, and friends that stay forever. they are ALL very important to your growth and who you become as a person, for they make you stronger. ***** the haters and the fakes. it's their loss :) and you won't have to rock out by yourself because there will always be at least 1 or 2 ppl that will love you for who you are.

I am not gay, but I did discover how fake some of my friends were when I got pregnant and decided to settle down and get married. They never call or visit and most did not even attend the wedding. Trust me, you are better off without them!!

Those who truly care about you will care about you no matter what. I agree that no friends is better than fake friends, but I wish you the best of luck in finding true friends!

i was abandon in the same way by 90% of my close mates.
I have a couple of really good mates, found them by accident. But even good friends move countries so i need to make more good friends now. I'll be patient coz they will come along eventually.
try family members? (if they are good and sincere enough).

We've all had fake friends at one time or another! My advice? Join an online gay community and make some real friends!

yea that can happen but as you already know that they want ever your real friends anyway and life goes on bro.. f them and move on, if they paying the bills thats different but if they not let them move on and you do the same, hope this helps you..

yes but then again if they did stuff like that they weren't your friend in the first place. and you probably will be better off with out them
