No, because his behavior does not match what he says he feels. Duh.
If he did love her, he would make time for her, and treat her like he says he feels for her. She wouldn't question, wonder, or worry. When she does question him, it's usually because he is not sure himself how he feels for her, or wants her to believe he feels the way he doesn't actually, so he can take advantage of her.
Drama queens typically need to create drama because they do not feel that they are interesting, engaging, or special. They create drama to feel more exciting and to hopefully gain the approval of others.
