It is perfectly fine. I have a 14 year old daughter, she is 5' 5". I am 33 years old and I am 5'1", I have to ask people all the time to help me reach something from a shelf or something (usually my daughter) I wish I had a little more height.

I'm 17 - 5'2" 1/2, and I am done growing. All people are different, it is taller than average for a 13 yr.old, but height and everything else runs in your family. how tall are your parents? -maybe you should be a run-way model...
