Oh my god! dont eat possum! its full of yukk parasites!! that stuff will send ya crazy man
youll have to go on a detox with fresh fruit and take olive leaf extract every day for the rest of your life

First off, I want my possum dead,
then cleaned and gutted, then fried
in meat grease till it falls off the bones.
Or fixed up in a stew, with turnips and greens.

i have recipes in a book called "The Foxfire book"
possum and raccoon and squirrel turtle and frog
possum:scald possum scrape it boil in water salt and pepper
put into grease pan till golden brown sassafras instead of grease also good fried
