Really any baby specialty store should carry vinyl pants (Babies R Us carries them, Baby Depot should carry them as well).
I think rather than try to keep in what would otherwise leak, it might be better for your son if you change him again before you go to bed. The bed may get wet when his diapers leak, but more concerning should be that if he is sitting in that much urine all night long, he could wind up getting one heck of a diaper rash!
You might also want to consider looking into Huggies Overnight diapers. They might help keep both the bed and your son dry through the night.

Try buying a Nikki diaper cover. I used them with my daughter they are about $15 per cover but can be washed in the washing machine. (I just put mine in the machine with warm water and no soap and dried them on the line) Just buy 2 or 3 if you're doing them only during overnights.
I really like them. I used them with cloth diapers with my daughter and plan to use them with child number 2 when he/she comes. I was able to use them until she was about 7 months old. Saved TONS of money on diapers.

I was in WalMart a couple of weeks ago and saw them there. Check online as well since I've found things through both WalMart's and Target's websites I can't find in the stores.

In my area, I've seen them in the 24 hour Wal-Mart stores and I've also seen them in the 24 hour Walgreens and CVS drug stores. Not all of them carry them but I know some of them do.
Beyond that, I don't think you will find them much of any place else. I did see them in my grocery store once in the baby aisle but they aren't there all the time.
Good luck.

I think I seen some of these covers at my local Walmart store. You could also order them online.

Babykins out of Richmond British Columbia. I have been used Babykins rubber pants on my kids for years now, and they simply can't be beat when it comes to quality and price.
