for the past 9 or so days, ive been on my cycle. on the right side lining of my vagina it hurts REALLY bad. i can normally use large tampons, but even the smallest hurts. i dont think it could be a cyst because it's so low, and it's right as you enter the vagina. what could it be, and what should i do? i cant tell if im bleeding from that or still my period, so i dont know if im able to get medical treatment....please help!

You really should see your doctor or if you can not afford one go to your local health dept. If you are sexually active it could be an STD. Possibly could be that when inserting the tampon that area of the vagina was scratched. There are many possiblities so it is very important the you seek medical attention.

9 days is a long time to have a period. You may simply be sore from having such a long period, trying to remove a tampon that wasn't saturated, or you may have developed a small tear. I would very strongly suggest that you go see your gynecologist, to talk about the soreness you are experiencing and also to talk about your long periods.

well...
were you on your period before the pain started?
Did it start during your period?
You could just be sore from period but if that has never happend to you then i suggest you get in contact with a OB/GYN as soon as possible this has never happend to me but calling a proffesional would be the first thing i will do.
Good Luck. I Hope its nothing serious.
