most of the time it's not that we can't handle it. it's the fact that some men have a horrible delivery of the truth. It's the fact that we have to keep prowing before you finally blow up and tell us the truth when thats all you had to do in the first place.

Not really all that sure, but maybe it was the WAY you phrased "your truth" that she couldn't handle? The delivery often times will hurt more than the content of the message.
Girls are sensitive, boys are sensitive, the human mind is a very sensitive place...so tread lightly please. Just a thought.
