your either need to import a system from said country, or mod your current system to be able to play imported games

go to a store like raidio shack or a place that has a ps2 system and bring the game but (not the game system) and ask why isn' this working

You need to buy and install a piece of hardware, called a modchip, into your PS2. Here are some links:

US-region coded PS2s can't work on import games. You could go to us.playstation.com and go to their customer service link.
