She thinks she is a senator from New York, but she is really a senator for her own self. Ego above politics.
She voted against English as the official language of the US, which scares me.

Hmmmm....I expect that maybe some fairly witty persons might begin to offer amusing remarks as an answer (The State of Denial, for example or the State of Presidential Contenders).
The literal answer is, of course, New York State. The voters there elected her, and are evidently pleased enough they look to be re-electing her.
