Well, first of all take a little time heal, to get over your relationship that has recently ended. Discover who YOU are again, do you remember what you as an individual like to do? Often times in relationships we have a tendency to "lose ourselves."

Then when you feel you're ready, try a local singles group. Many churches offer them now days. The one I belonged to did many activities outside of the Church, bowling, movies, dinner, etc.

Just don't rush into anything, hang out with friends, just enjoy life.

Join a gym and start an exercise/nutrition program. This is a two part solution. First of all, you will look hot and your ex will be kicking himself for losing you. Secondly, gyms are full of men, nice ones, too, that you will be meeting. It makes it easy to talk to someone when you can break the ice by asking how to use a certain machine or if they can spot you. Did I mention you will look hot and your ex will hate himself? LOL

Find some single friends to hang out with. Have some fun and don't rush back into another relationship, it will not help you get over the last one.

first, there's no need to rush. Start hanging out with friends and meeting their friends. Good relationships start out as friendships and progress from there. Figure out what's important to you and remember its better to be alone than to be in something that isn't right.
