If your are Citizen of USA then K-3 Visa would be best thing. After you file a I-130
If your not a citizen then file I-130.

You'll have to apply at your local US Consulate. There is an application to file and fees to be paid. Until this is done and a green card authorized, you cannot migrate your husband here, although he can visit for a short visit on a tourist visa pending the approval of his green card.
