What do you think the chaces are of my insureance company just totaling out the car? I think I bent the axel, my car is probably only work about 3,000 dollars.

They will likely total it, but the real question is, how much will you get if and when they do? You say it's worth $3000, but is that its true worth with 168000 miles? Check sites like kbb.com and look up your car's trade in value. Bearin mind that the insurance company will be trying to save as much as they can...and also remember that you can negotiate the amount to an extent. Be armed with some info on the car's value when it comes time to settle. Good Luck
