The obvious answer, much discussed above, is "no".
However, penetration does NOT have to occur in order for pregnancy to follow. If the oral sex is happening in a very naked, very "all over each other" context, the odds are EXTREMELY slim, but unless you can account for every single sperm cell, better safe than sorry.

oh my well if you are atually getting or giving oral sex no you can't. But if you didn't know this answer already are you sure that you should even be doing this?

no there is no way that can happen because the sperm go into the stomach cavity that way and not the uterine cavity so no its not possible than k god or all the porn stars in the world would be preg.!!!!!

NOOOOOOOOOOOO! Only though penetration! The sperm needs to get to the egg - not through the mouth!!!!! Enzymes in the mouth would kill it within seconds.
