"He has the right to remove your belongings and place them outside as well as change locks and any other means of entry."

Bull.

Our office handles matters like this all the time, and we have not lost yet. You weren't a guest who can be removed at whim. You accepted his offer to live there, and you had an arrangement to live rent free.

You are a sub-tenant and he has to follow the law in your state as far as appropriate notice to end your tenancy.

He has every right to end your tenancy, but he must follow the law regarding proper notice, length of notice, and so forth. He may not simply tell you to go, nor may he remove your property.

If you are the victim of a self-help eviction, you can sue. It doesn't matter that you didn't have a lease, contract, etc. He made an offer for you to move in, and you accepted. He changed his mind, which is allowed but what he may NOT do is toss you out or not follow the proper procedure.

I'm sorry but you need to move. This person invited you to stay rent-free and you did not have any agreement that stated you were renting rooms or anything else.

The house you are staying in does not belong to you and you have no rights to remain there without the permission of the gentleman.

He has the right to remove your belongings and place them outside as well as change locks and any other means of entry. If the police are called and you refuse to move they will forcibly remove you as a trespasser. You do not want this to happen because if you cannot take care of yourself or your children they may take your children into custody for their welfare.

Call some local agencies and see if you can get help with a place to stay or possibly some other friends until you can get on your feet. You may even call family and ask for help for the sake of your children.

Not unless he has gave you a legal eviction notice and I think the shortest one is 7 days. Until he does that you do not have to and then you have 7 days after he gives it to you. My best friend's mother had a relationship with a guy and she let him move in with her. He turned out to be a psycho and one night we were over there and he was threatening to kill everyone and we called to law to have him removed and they wouldn't, they said she would have to go to the court house and get an eviction notice. Good Luck and I hope everything works out!

Oh and he did not pay anything and he did NOT have a contract or anything!
