Afrikaans is in fact a language. I should know. It's my mother tongue and I've got a degree in it.

ik mis je (that's actually Dutch. But then again, Afrikaans is some sort of a Dutch dialect.)

afrikaans isn't a language, you may want to reconsider your question and ask how do you say I miss you in French, most africans speak french.
