Does that not make a mockery out of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers?

Well considering the fact that my mom has 9 children, 6 girls, 3 boys...One of my SISTERS is gay. None of my brothers are. I don't know. I think it's the more CHILDREN a woman has, the more likely one of them is to be gay. Think about it. If one in "so many" people is gay, and a woman gives birth to that many, isn't it more likely that one of them will be?

I know that doesn't count for women that give birth to one child and that child is gay, but it's a point to think about.

it could be possilble in certain situations, but you will also have to factor in a number of things, such as how long these sibling spend together, how long they spend apart, does one of the sibling have access to certain thing that the others don't, did one sibling spend some time at the uncles house, is one sibling more femine, maybe from spending time with mom, because everyone else is to rough, or maybe he has sister.

I thought it was ridiculous and their lack of proof didn't prove their hypothesis. I've know several large families in my life with lots of brothers in them and none turned out to be gay.

They couldn't have been making an obervation that simplistic. The more sons one has, the greater the risk one will be killed in a car accident, or one will get cancer, or one will join the circus, etc.

Not when you realize that gay men have always gotten married-- either to present an image of social conventionality or because they truly want children.
