G.Bush Jr, along with any other sane person on the planet ( if his is sane?) would not start a war with North Korea or any other nuclear power. This would be crazy as both sides would be committing MAD ( Mutually Assured Destruction)
The only problem at the present time is many of our world leaders have said many things that they now have to act upon or lose face and thus power. Unfortunately G.Bush is one person i believe will NEVER lose face and so he may take us all down a road none of us wants to take( look at the Middle East).
As for a "response" that is all dependent on EVERYONE else in the world preventing the US acting erratically, or at least controlling the situation until G.Bush is replaced!

There will be no war on Korea because the only nation which would consider war would be USA.
Their resources are already stretched beyond maximum with the current Afghanistan and Iraq wars, and their build up to war on Iran.
There are simply insufficient resources to attack yet another country.
Iran is in the cross hairs right now, as indicated by today's news regarding the Eisenhower fleet which is due to arrive in the Persian Gulf on 21st October.

Eisenhower Carrier Group Sails for Iran Theater By Dave Lindorff.
The nuclear-powered aircraft carrier Eisenhower and its accompanying strike force of cruiser, destroyer and attack submarine slipped their moorings and headed off for the Persian Gulf region on Oct. 2, as I had predicted in a piece in The Nation magazine a few weeks back. The Eisenhower strike force, according to my sources, is scheduled to arrive in the vicinity of Iran around October 21, at the same time as a second flotilla of minesweepers and other ships.

ok i will play the stupid interest. this began out with clinton, while he gave his monica stoogie to N. korea as a logo of "mock conflict treaty". yet in the previous that mutually as bush became dodging his responsibilities as a soldier he became extremely off education osma bin weighted down, who then later compelled iran to boost uranium to sell to the palestinan's so as that they use it to dig tunnels into different international places to scouse borrow infantrymen. upon bush taking workplace he then took the oil money from iraq and paid off russia and china to stand against the UN's decision for sanctions. there that approximately covers it, have I forgot something.

You can't have "another war" until you have had a first one. The USA has never had a war with Korea.
