Which game to choose?

This is my problem.....I DON' T HAVE XBOX LIVE, so which game should i get which has real fun 1-4 players (multiplayer) AND story mode. Besides halo..it can be shooters,RPG,or anything fun.

Morrowind... Ooops, forgot, I'm not into multiplayer that much...
