i agree full hearted w/ you! PPL save ur selves for marriage. ur body is not worth the pain you will go thru if you sleep w/ some one and they leave you, or give you an STD. i personally havent waited my self but its a mistake that i will have/am pain for. Save it for Ur true Love cuse 9 times out of 10 if u sleep w/ someone out of marriage there not Ur true love u were just desperate or got Ur self in a position u should of never been in. but to answer Ur question Why ppl do that its because they think it is the only way for there "Lover" to prove to them that they love them.

There is no way to know whether someone is your 'true lover' or not, unless it doesn't work out, and by then it's too late to do anything about it.
But I'll assume you're talking about people having casual sex.
One reason people, men or women, have casual sex is because they're lonely, or hurting from past relationships and sex makes it easier. It makes the person feel like they're wanted, even if it is only for their body.
Another reason would be that some people just don't like relationships. Sex is fun, natrual, and healthy (as long as you take precautions). Why shouldn't we do something that makes us feel good? Why should we wait for someone who may or may not come along.
There's no such thing as a 'true' lover. It isn't logical, because love isn't logical. And love doesn't change. Everytime you fall in love, it's only the person that changes - but not the emotion. So, if you find someone who lasts longer than the others, that's great, but that doesn't mean the others weren't as 'true'.
Besides, you only live once. You mine as well enjoy yourself.

to put you question is a different way man and women. need a way to get out stress in are life and sex is one way you can do that .. some people use drinking, smoking and Drugs to feel better but most of all we need is a great night in bed with the one you love. that next morning you feel happy and ready to take on the day.. so yes we use each other to feel better in are lives.

It's how u look at it over your own bodies....some people choose to use it and some choose to keep it......
even the same sex got to use each other for sex.......
it's how u control urself when u get into the situation.....
If u feel sick when u are having sex.......look for the doctor then...

It's pushed (sadly) that we have sex when we want to. We are told don't get around, but laughed at if we don't. one night stands are cool, and funny. I personally am not into it, but than I get picked on for being a prude. All you can do is protect yourself, and hopefully be an example.
