You have a number of ways, purchasing a new or used phone on ebay that is a Cingular phone, checking to see under your contract if you are eligible for a new phone or of course adding insurance - wait a couple days and file a claim hehehehhehe.

do a search on ebay for a cingular phone. you probably can find one pretty cheap
