i dont have book so can anybody tell me how many chapter are there in part 1 part 2 and part 3. and can anybody tell me which website is the best for brief story of it like for eg sparknotes

You mean the one by Arthur C Clarke. Its a great book and an easy read. You can easily find a copy of it at most used bookstores and your local library.
You might not want to hear it but it would most likely be quicker and less trouble to actually read this one, than waste time trying to find someone else's notes. It's not War and Peace.
