My history of hungary is that it is not very comfortable when extended for a long time. To avoid this discomfort, I often eat more than three meals a day. But, most often its just three. Light breakfast, light lunch, and a heavy dinner so that my sleep is disturbed and I awaken sluggish and tired. Hope this is helpful. You might also study Hungary, where the food is quite starchy, I understand.
