Only God the socalled creator why we have organs inside the body. As far as our present knowledge goes each organ has a function to do. No use hating as we have no choice to have a different form. Breathing, feeling hungry, wanting, our five senses being active, feeling pain etc is life by which you are suppossed to be alive. The creator of the qualities of being alive described above is considered as God. Nobody knows what happens after death so how can one decide whether heaven and hell are real places.
