1) have a look at http://www.driverguide.com/ - They may have an alternative driver for your video card.
2) Consider multibooting your PC. Ignore the comment above that says you must format and start again - it's nonsense.
You can add a 2nd partition to your HD and install another operating system onto it. You can then use either system (but you cannot use both at the same time). In order to resize and arrange partitions, you should get a program like 'Partition Magic' which makes the job very easy. You should add a new partition to your existing drive. Next, you must set the new partition active, so that when you restart the computer it will make the blank drive become drive c:
Next, restart your computer with the start disk in the floppy drive. Select to boot the computer WITH cd rom support. When you get the command prompt (A:>) put the CD in your CD rom and then type 'setup'.
Windows will then check the space available etc and prompt you for an installation location. CHOOSE THE C: DRIVE which is currently active. DO NOT GET CONFUSED AND THINK C IS YOUR XP DRIVE - It is not and installing on D: instead, will actually destroy your XP installation.
Once you have finished your installation you should choose a boot loader program. A boot loader, is loaded before any operating system and allows you to choose which operating system you want to use. I personally recommend using Extended Operating System Loader - Known as XOSL by most people.
XOSL doesn't work on an NTFS partition so you will need to create a 3rd dedicated partition in Fat32, for it's use. You should follow the XOSL install instructions for this HOWEVER A WORD OF CAUTION: If you install XOSL on a dedicated dos drive (which you must if you have 2xNTFS) MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE BLANK DOS DRIVE to install it on. Otherwise it will default and try to install on c which in turn will destroy your Boot records and make the computer un-bootable (unless you know how to fix it). In XOSL's dedicated install options, you must use the page up and page down keys to change the install drive.
I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO SELECT THE CORRECT INSTALLATION DRIVE.
If in doubt, refer to google and search for XOSL installation.
If you like my answer, please vote for it.

you are able to attempt. till somebody extra conscious of emulators comes alongside to respond to, all i can advise is solid-clicking on the executable to run this technique and flow to properties then mouse over to Compatibility. From there you ought to use an in-grained residing house windows emulator of ninety 5/ninety 8 to run this technique. in case you look on the device standards on your utility (in case you nevertheless have manuals or packaging), you additionally can exchange your exhibit screen's determination or hues to house the older utility's decrease specs. different than this precise-point approach, i'm confident there is a few 0.33 social gathering stuff available that runs extra useful than the residing house windows version, you merely could seek for it and take a check out it your self, or anticipate somebody who has extra emulation adventure again alongside. while you're skittish approximately doing so, set a fix factor earlier fooling around with this. solid success.

You need to get a newer video capture card.
The alternative would be to completely erase your harddrive and start from square one.
