i got a little lazy writing all so i wrote it short
what to do with theese 20 files???

You can check in task manager (control alt delete) and see what kind of CPU these guys are using if any.
I know this sounds like a cop out but they would be worthing running through google, you are bound to find a geeky web tech site where people will be talking about these files if they are dangerous.
